Meet Jodene

Jodene Nestande is a Doctor of Physical Therapy. She received her degree in 2010 from St. Catherine University in St. Paul, MN. Prior to this, Jodene earned a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Southwest MN State University in Marshall, MN. Most of her career has been spent in outpatient orthopedics but also has experience with homecare physical therapy.  Jodene utilizes a variety of manual therapy techniques to improve range of motion and strength to restore functional movement patterns. Her positive, laid back, and compassionate disposition has allowed her to connect with and rehabilitate many patients over the years. 

Jodene resides in Saint Michael, MN with her 2 children. She enjoys watching her kids’ activities such as basketball, volleyball, and Taekwondo. Her family loves outdoor activities, especially in the summer, including boating, swimming, and hiking. To maintain an active lifestyle, Jodene regularly exercises and has been a member at EffectUs Athletics since 2020.  In her free time, she also enjoys travelling and attending concerts.
